Second Manager’s Academy meeting took place on 22.03.2016 in METALBARK sp. z o.o. sp. K in Bydgoszczy . It was conducted by Lean Enterprise Institute Poland and organised by Polish Chamber of Steelworks. During the meeting following issues were brought up: ambiguous roles and duties, standardization of work in performing work, lack of precise work standards and developing job methods . A vital issue was also analysis of working places in the factory and discussion. We wish frutitfull implementing of lean management and improving work places to all participants.
We are thankful to our guests for the arrival to our company on Polish Chamber of Steelworks meeting. The meeting took place on 8 December 2016 in a pleasant atmosphere. The candidatures of companies interested in joining the Chamber have been unanimously accepted. We had also possibility to get familiar with Arcelor Mittal’s project of steel promotion and to taste boar specialties.
At the end of the meeting we visited the prized building “ Steel structure of the year 2015” Pod Blankami Car Park and we ate festive dinner at the old town in Bydgoszcz.
